Value Car Rentals Reservation Cancellation Policy

- Within 24 Hours of Rental Start Time: No Refund (0%)
- Between 24 and 48 Hours of Rental Start Time: 50% Refund
- More than 48 Hours Before Rental Start Time: 75% Refund
2. How to Cancel

3. Refund Process
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed using the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
4. Partial Usage
- In cases where a customer chooses to return the vehicle earlier than the reserved end date, refunds for unused rental days will not be provided.

- If a customer fails to pick up the reserved vehicle within 4 hours of the scheduled pickup time and has not notified us of a delay, the reservation may be considered a “no-show,” and no refund will be issued.

- In exceptional circumstances, such as documented emergencies or unavoidable delays, Value Car Rentals may review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for a refund or rescheduling in these cases.

8. Group Bookings
